Delivery

Budget our standard 3 weeks for delivery. Elite Cedar blinds can take 4/5 weeks, Shutters will take 8-10 weeks. Ready-made blinds are often dispatched within 3-5 days.

Cancellations

We cannot accept order cancellations once we have cut any tubes, rails, fabric or slats for your order. Where a cancellation occurs we will refund back to the original credit card or bank account.

Payment

For all online orders we ask for payment on order confirmation. For all other orders we ask for a 50% deposit with the balance on installation. More info see our Online Payments.

Damage

If you notice any damage to the packaging please do not sign the delivery docket. Open your order immediately (even if you don’t not plan to install your blinds straightaway). If there is any damage to the product please photograph and email within 24 hours to patrick@blinds-factorydirect.co.nz

Installation

Installation guides will be supplied for all products.

Refunds & Returns

Where we have made an manufacturing error we will replace the product free of charge & without question. We cannot accept responsibility if you are not happy with your colour choice. Please order free samples if you are unsure which colours to choose. Where inaccurate measurements have been supplied we will endeavour to fix at a minimal possible cost.
